About Jen

My work is dedicated to supporting profound shifts in human consciousness – particularly when familiar frameworks of identity, time, and meaning begin to fall away.

I don’t teach a system or philosophy, nor do I offer techniques for self-improvement. What I offer is a way of meeting life that allows awareness to reveal itself and to reorganise experience from the inside out.

This work is not about adjusting thought, but about opening consciousness. It is for those who sense they have reached the limits of mainstream psychotherapy, self-help, and even spiritual practice – not because these paths lack value, but because they are no longer sufficient. True transformation does not occur at the level of personality. It is not ego healing ego, but a deeper movement of surrender – stepping beyond the self, and returning to live differently in the light of what has been seen.

My role is not to instruct, but to create the conditions in which awareness can recognise itself. I hold a steady relational space where what is no longer true can fall away, allowing a more direct knowing to emerge.

This work is grounded, sincere, and spiritually uncompromising. It is not an escape into transcendence, nor a dismissal of human life as illusion. It is about embodiment, responsibility, and learning to live truthfully when identity and time no longer organise experience.

I share from lived realisation, with the intention of supporting others as they navigate the irreversible changes that genuine awakening brings.

In 2013, a significant shift in consciousness altered the trajectory of my life and initiated a prolonged period of inner reorganisation. What followed was not a search for peak experience, but a gradual dismantling of inherited patterns, identifications, and assumptions about who I was and how life was meant to unfold.

Over time, this process reshaped my relationship to identity, time, and meaning, and continues to inform both my life and my work.

My approach is grounded in professional training in relational body psychotherapy in the UK and Brazil, as well as years of contemplative inquiry. Together, these foundations cultivated a deep respect for the body’s intelligence and for the relational field in which transformation naturally occurs.

After more than a decade working as a psychotherapist, I came to recognise both the value and the limits of psychological work. While therapy can support healing and integration, it does not always address the deeper reorientation that spiritual awakening invites. My work now sits at that threshold.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating spiritual emergence, including periods of psychological destabilisation, kundalini processes, and other transformative openings. This work is approached with care, discernment, and a strong ethical commitment to psychological safety.

Over the years, I have also learned from indigenous and earth-honouring traditions that emphasise relational living and respect for the unseen dimensions of life. These encounters deepened my reverence for the interconnected nature of existence and continue to quietly inform my orientation.

Alongside my teaching, I write on contemplative and mystical themes, exploring the lived implications of awakening and responding to questions that arise along the path.
