Non-duality is characterised by one.

Duality is identified by the existence of separation & conflict.

Non-duality is identified by the presence of unity & harmony.

Non-duality is paradoxically duality’s other half.

In duality, there is this and there is its opposite. Birth & death, light & dark, past & future, war & peace, happiness & sadness all belong to the realm of duality.

In non-duality, there is only One without separation. Peace, love, harmony, beauty and infinite creativity all belong to the realm of non-duality.

Beyond duality and non-duality there is freedom.
